The communication courses I’ve taken through the University of Waterloo’s Professional Development program have provided me with concrete skills and information that translate well to both my own interactions, and to the material I produce for monthly training videos that go to over a thousand stores across the country.  Whether it’s adult learning principles, understanding human behaviour, conflict resolution, or effective leadership and presentation skills, this is real-world training that applies personally and professionally across the board.  I keep coming back, and I keep bringing colleagues with me!
